일론 머스크가 소유한 소셜미디어 플랫폼 X(구 트위터)가 평소 의견이 다른 사용자들도 동의하는 게시물을 부각시키는 새로운 프로그램을 시범 운영한다고 미국 매체 악시오스(Axios)가 6일(현지시간) 단독 보도했다.
X는 기존에 잠재적으로 오해의 소지가 있는 콘텐츠에만 적용하던 커뮤니티 노트((Community Note) 기능을 확대해, 일반 게시물 중에서도 다양한 관점의 이용자들이 공감한 콘텐츠에 설명을 추가하는 방식의 파일럿 프로그램을 시작한다. 이번 시범 운영은 미국 내 일부 커뮤니티 노트 기여자를 무작위로 선정해 진행되며, 선정된 이용자들은 별도의 알림 없이 피드에서 ‘설명 추가’ 요청(callout)을 받게 된다.
