Nevada, the first state with a dedicated Office of Entrepreneurship under its Right to Start Act (AB77), has joined “America the Entrepreneurial” as a Founding State, strengthening its national leadership in entrepreneur‑friendly policy ahead of the United States’ 250th anniversary in 2026.
